A new company has been formed – Magnus Navitas, LLC – to meet
an emerging need for commercial businesses. The principals of the company are
three devoted, experienced and technically proficient individuals who have
identified a glaring need and are taking steps to meet a new growing market.
Magnus Navitas is Latin meaning “Big Energy”. The “tag line” is “Healthy and
Energy Efficient Environments”. Magnus Navitas is in the final stages of
developing a business plan and is currently searching for additional resources
to join the firm’s start up efforts. We are looking for consultants, advisory
board members, and of course managers, sales and service people who have hotel
and facility management experience. In addition to the three principals, we have
secured a senior hotel industry expert, a manufacturer expert, a property
manager expert, an internationally experienced bio chemist and a medical
facilities developer and management expert.
The Magnus Navitas business model emphasizes the involvement of partnering with
local utility companies and will be able to provide measurable before-and-after
results to demonstrate the products viability. Affiliating with the local
utility companies thereafter offers us the ability to then approach the nation’s
largest corporate energy users and provide them with demonstrable energy savings
and a healthier environment. Magnus Navitas working model can be replicated
nationwide, creating larger partnering opportunities with various companies. The
potential appears limitless. Working models of the Magnus Navitas’ program have
been under study and development for over 15 years, with excellent results.
The initial participants in this new start-up venture are exceptionally
enthusiastic with the reception their product has already received. John
Rosenberg is a former attorney and business entrepreneur. Mr. Rosenberg is the
current owner of a large HVAC and air quality company. Art Martin is an
environmental and mechanical engineer who currently practices as an air testing
and certification specialist. Mr. Martin has many years in the mechanical
contractor and utilities industry. Warren Lynn has extensive experience in
marketing, sales and advertising industries. Mr. Lynn has many years in the
hotel industry and currently owns an air and water purification company. (You
