LTC-2AB Liquid Tank Conditioners - UV + HEPA Filtration

Designed to deliver filtered and disinfected air to the headspace of liquid storage tanks, the Liquid Tank Conditioning UV / filtration systems are well suited for water, liquid sugar and corn syrup storage applications where warm, moist conditions promote bacterial, yeast and mold growth. Through high level HEPA filtration and UV disinfection these conditioners create slightly positive pressure in the tank headspace with air 99.99% free of dust and microorganisms. The LTC UV systems are mounted directly to the air inlet on top of the tank so there is no concern about broken lamps being introduced into the stored product. Additionally the UV lamps are shatter-proof coated to further diminish the risk of broken lamps.

Combining innovations in materials and fabrication techniques, industry trends and decades of experience, the next generation of LTC units was created.

An LTX exhaust vent filtration system is recommended to prevent contaminated air from entering the tank if rapid product drop-out creates reverse suction through the exhaust or the LTC is turned off for maintenance or repair. The LTX Vent system consists of two 10-micron FLT025 pre-filters and one 0.3-micron absolute HEPA filter FLT035 housed in a high grade continuously welded 304 stainless steel enclosure.
